Consumers are wanting more than goods and services. Consumers want a personal experience. For example a cup of coffee if you add up the cost of the ingredients only costs a few cents to make. But if you serve the cup of coffee in a unique setting and add an experience the customer will be willing to pay several dollars for the same cup of coffee.
